1.5 cups of powdered sugar

Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar and orange extract until fluffy.
Add the cream cheese, pudding powder, and heavy cream. Mix well until combined.
Incorporating egg whites:
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture, ensuring the batter remains light and airy.
Baking:
Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 60 minutes, until the top is lightly golden.
Cooling and serving:
Let the cheesecake cool completely after baking, then refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Decorate with chocolate glaze, fruits, or whipped cream if desired.
